Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RavdaBG (ravdabg.com, Ravda, Nessebar, Bulgaria) handles your personal data when you use our website and mobile app. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

RavdaBG is the controller of your data. You can reach us at any time through the Contact page of this website.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name or username, email address, password (stored in protected form), profile photo, language, and phone number or location if you add them.
• Content you post: listings, photos, videos, comments, reviews, posts and reels.
• Chat: messages, photos and videos you send to other members.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, login activity, pages visited, and a notification token if you allow push notifications.

3. Why we use it

• To run your account, show your listings and let members contact each other.
• To send service messages such as account confirmation and message alerts.
• To keep the site safe: preventing fraud, spam and abuse, and handling reports.
• To improve the site using basic statistics about visits.

4. Chat messages, photos and videos

Your messages and the photos and videos you send are private. They are visible only to you and the member you are talking to. They are stored on our server and are not public. Our administrators may look at a conversation only when a member reports it or when the law requires. If you use the Translate button on a message, the text of that message is sent to an automatic translation service.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, maps, payment providers, translation) and with authorities when the law requires. Your public profile and listings are visible to other visitors.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for login and security, and cookies that remember your language and settings. You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may then not work.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. After you ask us to delete your account we remove your profile, listings, comments and reviews within 30 days. We may keep limited records longer where the law requires it or to prevent abuse (for example reports and blocks).

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and export your data, and to object to its use. To use these rights, write to us through the Contact page. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or to the authority in your country.

9. Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time: log in, open Settings, choose Delete account and confirm with your password. We process every request within 30 days. If you cannot log in, contact us through the Contact page and we will help.

10. Blocking and reporting

You can block or report any member from the conversation menu (the three dots). Blocked members cannot message you. Reports are reviewed by our team.

11. Children

Our service is not for children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version. Important changes will be announced on the site.
