Terms and Conditions for Posting Listings on RavdaBG.com

Last updated: 11 Oct 2026 . These terms apply to everyone who creates an account or posts, edits or manages a listing on ravdabg.com (the "Website").

1. Who we are and acceptance

1.1. The Website is operated by Ravdabg.com,  Bulgaria ("RavdaBG", "we", "us"). Contact: admin@ravdabg.com. 

1.2. By creating an account, submitting a listing or ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not post a listing.

1.3. If you post on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that business.

2. Definitions

• Listing: any business profile, place, service, offer, product, event, deal or advertisement you publish or submit on the Website, including text, photos, prices, contact details and links.
• Directory listing: a profile of a business or place (restaurant, hotel, shop, service, attraction and similar) shown in the Website's directory and on maps.
• Product listing: an item or service offered for sale or rent through the Website.
• Claimed listing: a Directory listing that was created by RavdaBG from public sources and later claimed by its owner.
• User: any person who registers, browses or contacts others through the Website.

3. Account and eligibility

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

3.2. You must give true, current and complete registration data and keep it updated. One person or business may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3.3. You are responsible for your password and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email address] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3.4. We may use automated anti-spam and anti-bot checks on registration and posting. Accounts that fail these checks, use disposable or false e-mail addresses, or post spam may be blocked or deleted without notice.

4. What you may post

4.1. You may post a Listing only if it is about a real business, place, product or service in Bulgaria or one that serves customers in Bulgaria, or another category we expressly allow.

4.2. Each Listing must be posted in the correct category, with a clear title, an accurate description and working contact details. Do not duplicate the same Listing, and do not post the same Listing from several accounts.

4.3. We review Listings before or after publication. Publication is not an endorsement, and we do not guarantee that a Listing will be approved, ranked in a certain position, or appear in search engines such as Google or Bing.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not post or do any of the following:

• anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity, including weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, unlicensed gambling, or services that require a licence you do not hold;
• adult or sexually explicit content, escort services, or content that exploits minors;
• hate speech, discrimination, threats, harassment, or defamation of any person or business;
• false, misleading or deceptive Listings, fake reviews, fake ratings, fake discounts, or pretending to be another business or person;
• phishing, scams, advance-fee or "too good to be true" offers, pyramid schemes, or requests for payment outside the agreed process in order to defraud;
• spam, mass or repeated postings, keyword stuffing, hidden links, link farms, or listings created only to promote another website;
• malware, scripts, or anything that harms the Website, other users or their devices;
• scraping, copying or reselling Website data, or using bots to create accounts or Listings;
• personal data of other people without their consent;
• content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.

6. Accuracy, prices, availability and bookings

6.1. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of everything in your Listing: name, address, opening hours, prices, availability, menus, services, licences, photos and contact details. Keep them current.

6.2. Prices must be clear. State whether they include VAT and taxes and mention extra charges. Bulgarian consumer law and the Consumer Protection Act apply to your offers.

6.3. If you accept bookings, reservations or orders through the Website, or through links or forms on it, you are the seller or service provider. You must honour confirmed bookings and offers, and handle cancellations, refunds and complaints according to the law and your own published conditions.

6.4. RavdaBG is a listing and advertising platform. We are not a party to any contract, booking or payment between you and a customer, and we do not guarantee that any customer will contact you or buy from you.

6.5. Regulated businesses (for example hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, medical, legal or financial services) must hold and keep all licences, registrations and insurance required by Bulgarian law. We may ask for proof at any time.

7. Your content, photos and licence

7.1. You keep ownership of the text, photos, logos and other material you upload ("Your Content").

7.2. You confirm that you own Your Content or have all rights and permissions to use it (including photographers' and models' consent), and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

7.3. You grant RavdaBG a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, copy, resize, translate (including automatic translation between Bulgarian, English and other languages), and promote Your Content on the Website, in our sitemaps, newsletters, social media, and in search engines, for as long as the Listing is online and for a reasonable period after for backups and legal purposes.

7.4. We may crop, compress or reformat images and may add watermarks or our logo. We may change the title, category or description to correct errors, spelling, translation or SEO, without changing the meaning.

7.5. If you believe content on the Website infringes your rights, write to [email address] with the page link, proof of your rights and your contact details. We will review it and act without undue delay.

8. Listings created from public sources and Claim Listing

8.1. To help visitors, RavdaBG may create Directory listings for businesses from public sources, for example Google Places and similar services. These contain public business information such as the name, address, phone number, website, opening hours and photos, and may show the source (for example "Photo via Google").

8.2. If such a listing is about your business, you may claim it using the Claim Listing function and send the documents we ask for (for example business registration, a utility bill, domain ownership, or a call or e-mail to the contact on file). Claiming is free unless we state otherwise.

8.3. After we approve a claim, the listing is transferred to your account, you can edit it, and it may show a "Verified Business" badge. We may refuse or reverse a claim if the proof is insufficient, false or disputed.

8.4. If you claim a business that is not yours, we will remove your access and may block your account and report the facts to the authorities.

8.5. We may send notices by e-mail to the contact address shown in a public listing so that the real owner can claim, correct or ask for removal. Owners may ask for removal of a listing at any time by writing to [email address], and we will remove it without undue delay unless a legal reason requires us to keep it.

8.6. Third-party information in such listings (ratings, hours, photos) is shown for convenience. We do not guarantee that it is current.

9. Fees, ads, coupons and affiliate links

9.1. Basic listings are free unless the Website shows a price before you submit. Paid options (featured listings, banner advertising, premium plans, coupons and deals) are charged at the price shown at purchase, in EUR, VAT included where applicable. Paid services start only after payment is received.

9.2. Unless the law gives you a right to withdraw, paid promotion that has already started is not refundable. If we remove a paid listing because you broke these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund.

9.3. Coupons and deals you publish must be real and honoured. You are responsible for their terms and for the discounts you promise.

9.4. The Website may contain advertising and affiliate links (for example accommodation booking partners). We may earn a commission. This does not change the price you or customers pay.

10. Moderation, suspension and removal

10.1. We may refuse, edit, hide, unpublish or delete any Listing or account at our discretion, with or without notice, especially when it breaks these Terms, is reported by users, is inactive or outdated, or is required by law or by a public authority.

10.2. For serious or repeated breaches, we may permanently block you and keep the data needed to prevent new abuse.

10.3. You can edit or delete your Listings, or close your account, at any time from your profile or by writing to [email address].

10.4. If you disagree with a decision, write to [email address] within 14 days. We will review it and reply within a reasonable time.

11. Contact between users and your responsibility

11.1. Deals, payments and delivery happen directly between users. RavdaBG does not check every user, Listing, or transaction and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of what is offered.

11.2. Do not send or accept advance payments from strangers without checking them. Report suspicious Listings to [email address].

11.3. You must not use contact details of other users from the Website for spam or marketing without their consent.

12. Personal data

12.1. We process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Bulgarian law, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Listing details you publish (such as business name, address, phone, e-mail) are public.

12.2. If you put personal data of other people in a Listing, you confirm you have the right to do so.

12.3. You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data at [email address]. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

13. Disclaimers and limit of liability

13.1. The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, a certain number of visitors, rankings, leads or sales.

13.2. To the extent allowed by law, RavdaBG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, customers or data, or for the acts of users, partners and third-party websites. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant paid service in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing.

13.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate RavdaBG, its owners and staff for claims, fines, costs and legal fees arising from your Listing, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

15. Changes, governing law and disputes

15.1. We may change these Terms. The new version applies from the date shown on this page. If you keep using the Website or keep a Listing online after that date, you accept the change. For material changes we will try to notify registered users by e-mail or on the Website.

15.2. If a provision is invalid, the rest stays in force.

15.3. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in [city], Bulgaria, except where mandatory law gives a consumer another court. We try to settle disputes amicably first.

15.4. If these Terms exist in several languages, the Bulgarian version prevails in case of differences.
